Organize Pipelines

Use views, filters, and folders to manage large collections of pipelines efficiently.

Filtering Options

• Pipeline Type: CI, CD, or custom categories.

• Status: Active, inactive, error, or running.

• Tool: SCM, cloud provider, or build agent.

• Tag / Step Tag: Pipeline or step-level tags.

• Owner: Specific user or team.

• Search: Keywords or pipeline names.

Folder View and RBAC

Group pipelines. Supports bulk permissions and organized navigation.

☰ Registry View

Single flat list. Fast linear access, no grouping.

1. Click the folder icon in Pipeline list view to switch to folder view.

2. Check boxes next to pipelines → click the folder icon → enter name → click Create Folder.

3. For bulk RBAC: click the folder → click the shield icon → add or overwrite access rules.
