Build a unified map of your digital assets. The Service Catalog is what makes the Monitoring agent truly powerful, linking infra, repos, and runbooks to business services.
What is the Service Catalog?
The Service Catalog is the connective tissue of the platform. When you map a service like "Opsera Platform" to its cloud infrastructure, GitHub repo, New Relic monitoring, and operational runbooks, the Monitoring & Alerts agent can perform comprehensive incident triage, showing you everything about a failing service in one place.
