Go to Settings β†’ User Management in the left navigation.

2

Click + New User in the top right of the user list.

3

Enter First Name, Last Name, Email Address, a Role, and optionally assign the user to one or more Groups.

Click Create. The user appears under the Pending tab until they complete their first login.

Access token activity

Site Administrators, Auditors, and Security Managers can view Access Token Activity Logs for each user including Token ID, scope, and usage timestamps from the user's detail view.

Single session accessOpsera enforces one active session per account at all times.πŸ”

Automatic session binding

A new login automatically terminates the previous session, so credentials are never shared across devices.

  • ⚑Instant termination: If User A logs in while User B is active on the same account, User B is logged out immediately with an in-app warning.

  • πŸ›‘οΈStronger security posture: Eliminates shared credentials and concurrent access risks across your pipelines, tools, and data.

  • πŸ“‰ Less admin overhead: Admins spend less time investigating ghost sessions or revoking stale access tokens.

Ownership transfer

Required before deactivating any user who owns pipelines, tasks, or tools.
