User Management
Invite team members, assign roles, and control who can trigger or approve automation across the platform.
Inviting Users
Name: Full name of the team member. Used for display in Execution History and Most Active Users leaderboard.
Email Address: The email used to send the invitation and for login. Must be unique per user.
Role: Controls the user's permission level on the platform. See role definitions below.

Platform Admin
Full access: manage settings, connectors, approve deletions, view all agent runs
Full access: manage settings, connectors, approve deletions, view all agent runs
Developer
Run agents, view insights, browse service catalog
Day-to-day provisioning of repos and infrastructure
Deletion Approvals require 2 Platform Admins. Any resource deletion request must be approved by a different Platform Admin than the one who submitted it. Make sure at least 2 Platform Admins are active before using Idle Resource Management.
User Table
The user table shows all invited members with their Status (active/pending), Role, and Last Login date. You can change roles via the dropdown or remove users with the delete action.
