Scheduling a pipeline

Log in to Opsera and navigate to Pipelines

Open the desired pipeline → Summary tab

Click the pencil icon next to Schedule → + New Scheduled Task

Fill in the fields below, then click Save.

  • Execution date: Date picker

  • Execution time: Hours & minutes

  • Execution frequency: Once / Daily / Weekly / Monthly (+ Salesforce hourly)

  • Active: Toggle — enable or disable on save

  • Notes: Optional description You can assign multiple schedules to a single pipeline. To remove one, open it and click Delete.

Scheduling a task

Scheduling is currently available for these Salesforce tasks only:

  • Bulk Migration

  • Git Merge Sync

  • Quick DeployOrg Sync

Log in to Opsera and navigate to Tasks

Open the desired task → Summary tab.

Click the pencil icon next to Schedule → + New Scheduled Task

Fill in the fields below, then click Save.

  • Execution date: Date picker

  • Execution time: Hours & minutes

  • Execution frequency: Once / Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Hourly

  • Active: Toggle — enable or disable on save

  • Requires manual merge: Creates a pull request — triggers from your SCM toolComponent typeSelect components or use +Select All for bulk actions

  • Notes: Optional description

  • For Bulk Migration, you can select a pre-defined template under Component Type to auto-select configured components.You can assign multiple schedules to a single task. Each run is logged in Activity Logs with timestamp, task ID, and scheduler details.
