The setup includes specifying the particular test cases that should be excluded from failure counts and defining a maximum threshold number limit for allowed failed test cases. The Developer Metrics dashboard has been introduced for Copilot reports, to provide insights into developer behavior and activity on GitHub, focusing on metrics such as Pull Requests and Commits. It distinguishes between users with and without a Copilot License, allowing for an analysis of Copilot’s impact on productivity.

Users can analyze performance trends related to the time taken for Pull Requests, Cycle Time and Lead Time for Changes to identify bottlenecks in their development processes that may be attributed to Copilot usage. An Activity view is provided to track the overall volume of Pull Requests and commits made by developers.
