Release Update 02/07/2024
Project Mappings to map Jira Workflows for Cycle Time Calculation
Teams can learn how to handle outliers and how long it takes to ship issues through the deployment pipeline by using the Cycle Time KPI. In Opsera, by using project mappings users can set the various stages for the Cycle time KPI.
The project mappings are created by defining the Jira project name and assigning the appropriate Jira action to each stage. The Jira project name can be used to create group mappings that users can use as filters to apply the stages to the KPI. In this manner, the project mapping will be used to calculate the cycle time KPI.

Revamped UI for Filters
The filter tab now includes the option to apply dashboard filters based on tools. When viewing KPIs in the Dashboards, users have the option to filter the source data based on tools. As of this most recent release, the DORA metrics are now fields in the filter menu. This gives users the option to choose the necessary tool names for every metric.
The setup will extract the data from the specific tool and apply it to the relevant KPI metrics. Previously, users could only filter data by group, but this capability adds another layer of filtering. For more info, read here.
Capabilities to view average duration data in Pipeline Statistics KPI
New fields added to view average min and max values for success and failed durations.
Users can sort data for Avg Success Duration & Avg Failure Duration.
UI Improvements for Group Mappings
The following changes were made in the Group mapping creation form, to improve the user experience:
The search bar allows users to quickly find specific data within a large table by searching for keywords.
Addition of validations in the fields of the group mapping creation form.
Restriction on duplicate group mapping names
The field will show undefined when users try to add a Sub group name that is not available.
Scheduled Reports now as Hummingbird AI Digest (BETA)
The scheduled report is now Hummingbird AI Digest (BETA). This change will also be reflected in the emails sent out for the reports.

Hummingbird AI Digest simplifies understanding your DORA metrics by providing a digestible summary. You can use this AI Digest to see how the metrics are currently performing and what measures are needed to improve them. For more info, read here.
Note: Hummingbird AI Digest brings you a brand-new experience! We are thrilled to introduce to you this new technology in Unified Insights! However, the AI-based innovations are still in their infancy, and the current results are indicative of a beta model that is still learning. Please bear with us and be aware that there may be some inaccuracies (hallucinations). We are constantly improving and striving for accuracy.
