Salesforce Policy Management
Govern how users interact with Salesforce orgs, repositories, and deployment workflows. Security Manager & Auditor — read-only
Access
Navigate to Settings → Policies → Salesforce from the left menu.
Available policies
Enable Salesforce Data Migration
Allows users to migrate data between Salesforce orgs via Opsera. Mocking is applied where required for sandbox seeding.
Click Enable Salesforce Data Migration Task
Select user roles in the popup
Click Activate Policy
Enforce Salesforce Repository Rules
Requires users to configure Jira and/or code scan settings when selecting a specific Git repository. One policy per SCM repository.

Recommended, Best Practices, Performance (must be registered in tool registry)
The selected Jira tool must have access to all projects required for deployments.
Enable Profile Deployment Without Git Versioning
Enables the Profile Compare and Deploy task — compare Profile permissions between two orgs and push changes without a Git commit.
Click Enable Profile Deployment Without GIT Versioning
Select user roles
Click Activate Policy
After activation, edit role permissions at any time via the Setting tab on the policy.
