Failed connection recovery
Locate the failing tool in the Failed Connections Carousel — badges show DISCONNECTED (red) or UNKNOWN (gray)
Click Retry Connection on the tool card to attempt immediate reconnection
If retry fails, re-enter credentials via Edit Connection in the All Connections table
