Avg Execution Time	Delivery speed — measure efficiency improvements over time
Avg File Count	Typical task complexity — drops indicate targeted deployments

Performance tabs

Both Org-to-Git and Git-to-Git sections expose scatter plots for: Avg Retrieval Time, Avg Conflict Resolution Time, and Avg Merge Time — each plotted against component count per execution.

PR Validation tab

Metric	Notes
Total / Validated PRs	Throughput and compliance count
Avg Validation Time	Lower = faster cycles
Merged Before Validation	Should trend toward zero
Success Rate	Reflects process and code quality
Failure Distribution	Breaks down by failure category (e.g., Test Class Mapping, Package Creation)
