Unified Insights

Introducing Performance Metrics in Sprint Velocity Report

The Sprint Leadership Table includes new performance columns and a sprint counter to offer leaders deeper statistical insights into sprint delivery. This addition allows users to analyze delivery patterns and consistency by displaying average, minimum, maximum, and median values for sprint metrics, plus the total sprint count for the selected period.

Key Highlights

  • Statistical Performance Columns: Displays Average, Min, Max, and Median columns at the end of the leadership table, providing a more granular view of performance beyond simple totals.

  • Total Sprint Volume Tracking: Includes a new column for the Total Number of Sprints, allowing users to see the volume of work periods contributing to the performance data.

  • Sprint Index-Based Counting: Calculates the total sprint count based on the Sprint Index value for the specific time period selected, ensuring the count matches the actual delivery cycle. Read more here

Enhanced Node-Level Insights for SnapLogic Dashboard

The SnapLogic Dashboard offers detailed, node-level metrics instead of high-level summaries. This allows users to accurately see component performance and resource allocation, identifying infrastructure bottlenecks and optimizing slot utilization with real-time health, capacity, and efficiency data per Snaplex node.

Key Highlights

  • Infrastructure Efficiency by Node: Groups the Overall Efficiency metric by Snaplex Name and its nodes, allowing teams to identify which specific hardware or cloud instances are underperforming.

  • Snaplex Availability SLA: Measures and groups the SLA percentage based on the availability of underlying nodes within a Snaplex, ensuring a more realistic representation of service reliability.

  • Universal Node-Level Queries: Updates all backend data queries in the Node Tab to return node-specific performance and status information, eliminating high-level data aggregation. Read more here

Enhanced Pipelines and Git Custodian Configurations

To improve tool identification and filtering, the Git Custodian integration in the Git Custodian Mapping interface is renamed to Opsera Pipelines. This change helps users accurately map security scanning configurations by only displaying the pipelines, branches, and tags actively configured with Git Custodian.

Key Highlights

  • Updated Tool Name: Renames the "Opsera" and "Git Custodian" tool labels into Opsera Pipelines across the mapping interface to ensure consistency with the broader platform naming conventions.

  • Filtered Tag Visibility: Updates the tool list to display only Opsera pipeline tags that have a Git Custodian configuration, removing irrelevant metadata from the view.

  • Targeted Pipeline & Branch Mapping: Lists specific pipelines and branches associated with the "Opsera Pipelines" selection, provided they have the Git Custodian tool enabled.

  • Configuration-Based Logic: Dynamically adjusts the available filter values based on active GC tool configurations, ensuring users only see actionable data points during mapping. Read more here

Unified KPI Selection Layout for Custom Dashboards

The Custom Dashboard builder includes a single-frame selection layout for faster, more intuitive dashboard creation. This layout provides a single, searchable list of all available KPI widgets, allowing users to build tailored views quickly without switching categories.

Key Highlights

  • Single-Frame KPI Discovery: Displays every available KPI widget within a unified selection window, modeled after the streamlined landing page customization interface.

  • Comprehensive KPI Library: Provides a clear, scannable list of all metrics, ensuring users can see the full range of available data points in a single view. Read more here

Introducing Bulk Rule Creation and Rule Import/Export for Salesforce Code Analyzer Tool

The Salesforce Code Analyzer rule management workflow in the Tool Registry has been enhanced to support bulk rule creation and rule import/export. These capabilities reduce manual configuration, enable faster rule setup across categories, and simplify rule management.

Key Highlights:

  • Bulk Rule Creation: Rules can be generated in bulk by selecting a category such as Security, CodeStyle, or others. All associated rules are automatically pre-populated, allowing users to review rules, add selected rules, and define threshold values.

  • Rule Import: Using the Import option, template rules containing predefined rules and threshold values can be imported, enabling quick creation of new rules or updates to existing configurations.

  • Rule Export: Using the Export option, the configured rule set with threshold values can be downloaded for review or reuse.

Support for Including Dependency Components in Salesforce Org

The Salesforce Pipeline Run workflow was enhanced to support the Include Dependencies option for Salesforce Org sources. Users can control whether dependent metadata components are automatically included when analyzing components directly. This helps teams perform comprehensive dependency analysis and avoid missing related components during troubleshooting or impact assessment. Key Highlights:

  • Configurable Dependency: Dependencies are automatically included when the Include Dependencies toggle is enabled. When disabled, dependencies are excluded unless explicitly selected.

  • Multiple Pipeline Run Flows: Supported across Manual Pipeline Wizard Run, XML/File Upload Process, and Use Past Run's XML flows.

  • Org-to-Org Pipeline Runs: With the source as Org, metadata dependencies are captured during Org-to-Org executions.

Additional Capabilities

  • Enhanced PR Validation Details in the Salesforce Cycle Time Insights

The PR Validation Details table has been expanded with Jira context for each validation run. New columns, such as Jira Project and Jira Issue ID, were added to display the project and associated ticket linked to the pull request, based on the selected Jira filters. This provides improved visibility into PR validations mapped to Jira work items, enabling teams to better track validation activity across projects.

  • Capability to Export Salesforce Insight Dashboards as PDF

An Export as PDF option was added across Salesforce Org Insights, Salesforce Cycle Time Insights, and Code Scan dashboards. This allows users to export the current dashboard view in PDF format, including charts, filters, and data. This enables easy reporting and sharing with stakeholders.

Platform

Precise Security Visibility in the Git Custodian Dashboard with Task and Repository-Based Filtering

Git Custodian Dashboard supports accurate and complete issue tracking across repositories scanned by multiple tasks. The dashboard allows teams to filter scan results by Task ID, ensuring precise visibility into the security issues of each task without interference from other repository scans.

Key Capabilities:

  • Task-Specific Issue Filtering: Filter by any Task ID in the Git Custodian Dashboard to view all security issues identified by that specific scan task across single- or multi-task repository scans.

  • Comprehensive Repository View: Filtering by repository surfaces the complete set of unique issues across all associated scan tasks, providing a consolidated view without duplicates.

Expand Your Pipeline Observability with Pipeline Activity APIs

Opsera introduces REST APIs for programmatic access to pipeline activities. These APIs enable teams to query pipeline status, inspect run logs, and retrieve pipeline configuration details for monitoring and troubleshooting pipeline executions.

APIs Supported:

  • List All Pipelines: Retrieve a real-time view of all pipelines available in your account. Supports pagination, status filtering, and keyword search to help teams quickly locate and manage pipelines.

  • Get Pipeline Details: Retrieve the complete configuration of a pipeline using its unique pipeline ID, including stages, triggers, parameters, and ownership metadata.

  • Get Pipeline Run Status: Retrieve the live or completed execution status of a pipeline run, including stage-level status, logs, timestamps, and generated artifacts.

  • List Recent Runs: Retrieve the most recent runs for a pipeline to review execution history, investigate failures, and analyze execution trends.

Capability to View Log Summary Reports in Oracle Fusion Pipelines

The Oracle Fusion Log Summary has been added to the pipeline run step view, providing consolidated visibility into report processing status and failures. This view aggregates results from both push and pull report steps executed during the pipeline run, enabling teams to monitor and troubleshoot report processing across their Oracle Fusion pipelines.

Key Highlights:

  • OracleFusion Log Summary Table: The Report tab displays a table listing reports for the pipeline run step. Each entry includes Name, Path, and Status.

  • Export Option: The OracleFusion Log Summary table includes a download/export option to export the report summary.
